      Pros

      Very positive atmosphere Bosses really care about their employees If you are a good and hard worker you have the possibility to promote Erasmusu pays a meet up every moth for the team You have an amount of days working online if you need them The salary was fair according to my position Working in a technological start-up with young people

      I couldn't find any disadvantages. I just had to leave the job because of personal circunstances

      Pros

      The team is great, they do a lot of team buildings and pay for you to do activities once per month with the rest of the workers. They offer free coffee and snacks. The office is super cool and the rrhh really cares about your personal life; if they can help you with anything, they will. Also they are exigent so I learned a lot.

      Cons

      The Company is still small so some changes take longer than expected.

      Pros

      Most of the others employees are very nice and try to help you to have a good time.

      Cons

      The work becomes boring and repetitive very quickly. There’s few possibility to learn and experience new, exciting challenges. Goals are set, but are never being reached. The whole business model is kind of dubios and does not seem to have a promising future regarding the huge competition on the market. Those issues lead to working methods, carried out by the whole company, that aim on the short term instead of long term success.
