Wonderful Company to work for

Pros

I have only been working here for about 2 months, but this is the best company I have ever worked for. I am fully remote, not micro-managed, and the culture and the people are the best. The company also has wonderful PTO (5 weeks). Everyone has truly been incredible, and I can't say enough good things about the culture and company.

Cons

Pay is lower than normal, but the freedom and perks make up for it.
