      Pros

      Ertech empowers its employees to fulfill their roles to the best of their ability but also has an open door policy at leadership level, in case any support or feedback is required. The business is experiencing significant growth and is has some really exciting projects coming up for the foreseeable future. The employees are down to earth and very capable.

      Cons

      Head office is in Wangara which isnt for everyone.

      Great company , excellent resources, interesting projects for top tier clients , good reward for effort & quarterly review process. A real can do attitude with highly skilled operators & supervisors.

      Cons

      The grew to quick during the boom & became top heavy .
