I had the great opportunity to work at Erwin Pearl for 7 Years and I must say it was the most inspiring company to work for, the CEO and the President are you 2 people that will inspire you but also help you growth in a positive way, they care about their people and their customer, it is amazing to hear the inspiration behind every pieces of jewelry directly by the designer himself and the craftsmanship is amazing, everyone is so helpful and will assist their employees with any needs, I have love and enjoy every minute working there and I have growth skills much with their support.

My mgr was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time teaching me about my position. Flexible hours and got a lot of vacation hours. I communicated with the home office and the people I spoke with were very helpful when I had a problem.
