I loved working at Essai. Behrooz was the best manager I've ever had anywhere. Very supportive and encouraging. He recognized my hard work and provided me opportunities to take on more challenges and expand my skills. The entire staff was like a family. I loved working in the Phoenix office! I only left because the commute was just too far from my home in Gilbert.

Cons

I worked with the Fremont, CA office regularly and this is where I was disappointed. Some of the Fremont staff often came across rude in my opinion, but most communication was via email so this was tolerable. Benefits were extremely expensive, completely unaffordable for me at $1200 per month for medical for employee and children.

Knowledgeable managers,great people to work with, users are extremely kind, company culture is relaxed, and overall a good place to work.

Cons

There are none. I love it. Upper management is friendly and welcome ideas to improve your work environment.
