      Good company to kickstart your luxury retail experience

      Pros

      Salary packages and commissions are great, The working environment is good at the back end in internet sales, great team leader and trainers.

      Cons

      Too much competition at the store end, they sometimes won't share the sales, would bill the watches on some other name which is a loss for the person in the internet sales.
