Pros
* High on ownership. * Entrepreneurship program - It is a really good place to start your career, if you are planning on starting up. * Open Feedback culture - No BS environment, expect honest and direct feedbacks. * Trust based environment. I earlier worked in a service based company which had more rules, more politics, less growth and less exposure to the bigger picture that you are being a part of. But here there is no politics, more growth, more ownership and you get to know the actual perspective of the bigger picture and more work, which is a trade off that I am happy about.
Cons
Just like any other startup, things are fast paced and has steep learning curves. Might not be suitable if you are looking for a laid back, stable and steady environment. Work-Life balance completely depends on how well you manage your work.
