Ever Nimble has been a fantastic company for me as someone entering the industry with a lot of passion for a hobby and eagerness to learn, but minimal work experience. EN will provide you with a huge selection of tools, training and learning opportunities for self-growth if you are willing to put the effort in to making use of them. The company goes out of its way to provide you with anything you could need to gain new skills/certifications. Nobody will disagree that the culture and people at EN are the biggest highlights. As someone who has worked in multiple industries, Ever Nimble easily has the best team I've ever been a part of - both socially and in terms of work collaboration between team members. EN affords employees a level of understanding, support and flexibility I haven't seen at any other company I've worked for, in regard to leave, working from home and general social support. EN is very forward-thinking in terms of the metrics used to assess employee performance, and feels much more fair when compared to old KPI systems used by other companies. Still, management definitely do seem to understand that numbers are not the be-all and end-all, and will see clearly both your achievements and the effort you put in. EN also has a great reputation amongst other MSPs as well as vendors, which opens doors for training opportunities and events. Being with Ever Nimble gets you into some great conversations with representatives from industry-leading vendors/tech companies. All in all, I'm more than happy to say that moving to Ever Nimble is the best decision I have made in my career, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. If you value great people and the freedom to learn and grow, EN is the best place for it.
