      Pros

      My first month at Evercommerce has been a five star experience. The company has fantastic values that are reflected in the way people work and support each other. The team has been incredibly welcoming, collaborative and invested in helping me succeed. There is a great level of energy across the business with people being passionate about delivering value to customers. Leadership, culture and teamwork has exceeded my expectations making it an exciting place to start the next chapter of my career!

      Great team, great hiring process

      Pros

      The hiring process, while extensive, was well conducted. I was kept up to date on my progress and next steps, and had the opportunity to interview with not just my direct management tree, but also key stakeholders in external teams who I collaborate with often - this was really great to begin to understand the challenges and opportunities within the business. Onboarding was good, however there was no direct handover from the previous person in my role as they had already finished - but I was supported to take the time I needed to understand the working landscape in my own time, and all my questions were answered or directed along the way. The wider team culture is collaborative, respectful, and trusting - and I felt very welcome upon joining the team.

      No major cons so far, aside from the lack of 1:1 handover.

      Amazing supportive culture and work/life balance

      - Incredibly flexible - Extremely warm and supportive culture - Great employee benefits that are linked to work/life balance - Empowered to ideate and drive new initiatives - Access to a data to do your job well

      Cons

      - Remote working is not for everyone but real flexibility counteracts this - Can sometimes feel like it lacks structure and process which means figuring out how to get things done is slower.
