I've worked with several non-profits and Everas was my best experience by far. I gained many skills working there, which made me very marketable when I went to look for a new opportunity in a different state. The clients always come first. Dedication to quality of care. Great training programs - learned sign language! People are passionate about the mission. Didn't experience the usual office politics I've seen at other non-profits. Flexible schedules. High energy leadership team.

Cons

There are the usual growing pains that go along with companies experiencing rapid growth, but all in all I think Everas handles their upward trajectory well.
