      - skilled peers, who know their stuff and can work autonomously - strong collaboration culture and willingness to try - ok to make mistakes and work with others to fix them - inclusive culture - honesty, vulnerability, hard conversations had with respect - a sense of humanity

      Cons

      A smaller company, so pipeline can get scarce at times, but this is well managed, and the leadership ensure they support people first.
