      A fun place to work with a small and focused team. Management is supportive and communicative. Teams are collaborative. Generous equity

      Limited benefits and salary since it's a startup.

      Great way to experience the Austin startup scene

      Pros

      - Went to lots of festivals - Met lots of young and young-at-heart people - Learned a lot from co-founders - Had free reign to build products and projects as long as I was willing to take the initiative

      Cons

      As is the case with most startups, some felt it was a high-pressure environment. Also, when product-market-fit isn't locked down, there can be a lot of chaos, which some people might not have the stomach for. I noticed some devs thrived under these conditions, others not so much.
