      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for nearly two years, and during that time I’ve seen a great deal of positive change. I truly believe the organization has our best interests at heart. It’s not only a great place to work, but the people here are incredibly supportive and always willing to help or answer any questions you may have. Having experienced toxic work environments in the past, I can confidently say that Evergen feels like home, and I’m grateful to be here for as long as they’ll have me.

      Cons

      Some processes are still developing or maturing. PTO package that is offered can be a little better.

      Great company and culture

      Pros

      The company has an accountability culture. Those that are willing to lean in and work hard will do well. The company has a great system in place for managing cross functional projects, the best that I've worked within. Great collaboration between departments and teams. People treat each other with respect and they don't tolerate toxicity. Great company to grow and learn within. A lot of high-level achievers that are willing to share knowledge and contribute to growth. Fun group to work with. Very approachable CEO and Executive Leadership.

      Cons

      Do to growth through acquisitions, here have been some unfortunate layoffs. However, that comes with every divestiture and acquisition.
