      Pros

      Highly technical and talented teams. Embraces a work from anywhere culture. Team spirit and can-do culture. Encourages ideas from all levels. Scale-up on the cusp of something really BIG.

      Cons

      Some timezone conflicts but improving. Scaleups have LOTs to do but that's part of the challenge of joining a fast paced company.

      The People and Culture team CARE about the people. Leadership is always seeking to improve and recently rolled out 360 feedback surveys. A real sense of 'team' even though teams of teams work remotely, across many timezones

      Timezones can be challenging but not insurmountable

      A scale up, across multiple regions that attracts really smart, talented and unique people. A place that values disruptors and dreamers.

      The ask on time and availability is very big due to global offices.
