Working at Evolution Development Group has proven to be more of a challenge than I thought at the beginning, but in a very good way. Every day you're challenged to hit and exceed your goals, and you're always learning something new. The company is growing which makes it very exciting to be a part of. In my opinion, this company is going places and I've been very impressed in our successes thus far.

I've worked in a couple of other firms prior to Evolution Development Group, and I felt more like just another number to help the company hit their total sales goals. The management team here is different. Yes, there are goals to hit, but there is also a strong desire from management to help you achieve your own goals. They've spent time with me individually so I can voice any concerns or obstacles I have at the time, and have always given me really good feedback. I really like working here because of that.
