Lots of room to grow, with plenty of potential for advancement. Paid training with management that legitimately cares about their staff. They have high expectations, but will do everything they can to help you meet them.

Not many. Hours can be long and work can be tough on the body. Take care of yourself physically and mentally and the rest is a breeze.
