Pros

I have worked at Evolution Ventures for almost 8 months now. It has been incredible to work for a smaller company because of how many opportunities I get to be hands-on with different roles and projects. I have never learned so much in such a short period of time and I will be able to take what I have learned here to any potential future job. I also love the team and the clients we have, it makes every day interesting and different. And working from home is a huge bonus!

Cons

It would be great to get to see my coworkers more often, we are all spread out in different states.

Pros

I've been working for the company for close to 3 years now. Our technology/application is amazing, and our clients love it. The team is great, we all care for one another, which is amazing.

Cons

Since we all work from home, we do not get to see each other face-to-face that often.

Pros

A great team to work with! I've been working with Evolution Ventures since January 2015. We are constantly trying to strive for new tech, improve existing tech, and most importantly take care of our clients. I get to save a lot on gas and commute times as I work at home.

Cons

Nothing major that has affected my job.
