Pros

Management provides guidance and expectations without micromanaging the details. They hire you to do a job and trust that you will get it done. Taking PTO is easy. Benefit offerings are good. Not super awesome but pretty decent for private sector work. Opportunity for advancement if you pursue it.

Cons

Parent company forces odd policies like using G Suite instead of Office 365, even though both are currently available for us to use. No formal training for new hires. You will need to be proactive and seek out what you need to learn.

Work culture was amazing, I worked with a great group of people and was never afraid to ask for help!

Cons

Being in the insurace/healthcare claims business meant lots of busy work around the New Year. Be prepared for slow Springs and busy winters. Being in the Midwest meant pay was less than, say, the West Coast

WEX Health is a fast growing, progressive, technology-focused company with friendly coworkers. GREAT culture and exciting energy! And lots of treats :) Also, we are moving into a new building soon, with a game room, two break rooms, a patio, and fireplace.

Cons

That not many people have gotten to know who we are and how awesome of a place it is to work!
