Every day is a new opportunity to grow and learn with a talented and devoted team. Each and every team member cares about the team and making sure we deliver the best results for our clients. We have great clients and through partnerships with many of them we get the opportunity to make a positive influence in the community.

Cons

While work/life balance is encouraged and a goal for every team member, it is sometimes difficult to achieve with the pace and the amount of work. We are growing, and management works hard right beside the team to help in any way possible and to make sure that the team feels appreciated.

My favorite aspects of working at Evolve are the ability to work with really fun and meaningful clients in the Akron area, as well as the freedom we have with scheduling and work-life balance. Our team has great friendships and it makes work fun and relaxed! I also love the trust we have from management to be creative and innovative. The team really cares about one another which makes it easier to be yourself, feel confident, and communicate your feelings. If you let the team know you're having a rough week, they will be sure to help you out as best they can.

Cons

Extra hours are sometimes necessary to finish up projects for clients that require a quick turn around time. A lot of work means that everyone must be responsible and able to prioritize their own tasks, no time for micro-management. These can be viewed as negative to some, but to me, they are positive as it means we are busy despite a rough year for most businesses and I thrive on trustworthy management.
