Pros
Ex Ordo is a company that puts its employees first. It feels like everyone who works here wants the best for you and they are so genuine and friendly. It's a remote-first company that is ambitious and growing. There is a strong culture within the company and management put a big focus on this. I really enjoy it here and would recommend it to anyone.
Cons
It is a company in transition and it is moving away from less scalable processes. This can be tedious but it is improving every day.
