      Company vehicle and good team dynamic

      Cons

      overworked (you will not work 40 hours a week) and non paid on-call process, documentation is almost zero, higher ups do not take suggestions well.

      It is a good, hands on learning experience. They'll take anybody.

      Poor management. Poor hiring process, poor training. Horrible work/life balance. Poor pay.
