      Pros

      We work together to make great quality products for our customers and get along while we are doing it! We are encouraged to take paid time off to volunteer doing something we like.

      Cons

      The company is out in the farmlands of southern Wisconsin and that makes it a longer drive to work especially in the snow.

      Pros

      Nobody treats their employees as great as Exacto does! So many perks & opportunities for growth not only as an employee, but also a person. Exacto has given back so much to the community & won business of the year in Walworth County in 2014

      Cons

      Our culture is unique in a good way and unfortunately, not all will fit into that culture
