      Pros

      Despite being international, offices in the US and Europe, the employees and management are very close. Communication is very fluent and easy. The company is flexible and offers a lot of possibilities for its employees. The internal relationships are based on respect. If you give yours 100%, you wlil get unique opportunities and the chance to grow as an individual and as a team member.

      Cons

      Because it isn't the biggest company, sometimes you'll have to exit your comfort zone and do things you are not used to do.
