      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity to grow and learn new technology related to digital graphic production. Monthly bonus program and great benefits. Everyone works well as a team and no internal drama

      Cons

      Rotating shifts can be difficult at times

      Pros

      Generally speaking, the people who work there are great. Safe environment. Product quality is top notch. There are worse places to work.

      Cons

      Lack of company culture, treat employees like children sometimes, general lack of direction, top management has anger issues, burn out rate is extremely high.

      Pros

      After a week at the job it will be clear to you whether or not you will be capable of working there long-term. The press operators are very helpful and willing to explain processes.

      Cons

      Combative upper management. Atmosphere of the working environment fluctuates between professionally cold and borderline antagonistic.
