Pros

Great benefits, now top 100 great place to work, great flexible benefit called x flex, great leadership team. People are lovely and supportive. fun parties in summer and winter, amazing family leave. hard to match tbh.

Cons

Hugely ambitious to succeed so a lot going on... if you show impact early you'll go far here.

Pros

My experience with the company has been very positive overall. I initially worked with the company for some months before becoming a permanent member, which gave me a great perspective on the culture, and that positive experience ultimately reinforced my decision to join full-time. I feel genuinely supported by my manager, my close team, and the wider leadership team. Hard work, proactiveness, and going the extra mile are recognized, and potential doesn’t go unnoticed. There are plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills and share your own perspective, which makes the work both engaging and empowering. The benefits and perks are good, and many initiatives are thoughtfully designed to be inclusive. In the tech space especially, shifting priorities and moving pieces are to be expected. It’s a fast-paced environment, but if you stay adaptable and continue to add value through strong performance, there’s real opportunity for growth and impact. I also appreciate the clear 'you said, we did' approach. Employee feedback is taken seriously, and action is often visible.

Cons

As with any large organization, there are areas that could always be improved. No company is perfect, but it’s not the challenges that define a company, it’s how it responds. What stands out here is the speed, ownership, and intention behind fixing things and moving forward.

Pros

Honestly, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Exclaimer! The majority of the people here are just lovely and always ready to step up and help, there is a real "we’re in this together" vibe across the teams. The office is nice and casual, which makes it easy to meet people with totally different experiences and learn from them every day. Even though there’s a hierarchy, I’ve never felt weird about going to Rob or anyone in senior management. They are so approachable! Most importantly for me, they strongly support neurodivergency, which I absolutely love. It gives you just the right amount of dopamine to keep you excited and focused on building cool things. It’s rare to find a place that lets you be your authentic self and actually values how your brain works!

Cons

While the company culture is amazing at the top, you occasionally find "old school" power dynamics in specific pockets. Hiring is a team decision, but sometimes the decision to move someone from a temporary to a permanent footing feels like it rests with just one person. This can create an unnecessary power imbalance where the focus shifts from "business value and output" to "personal management style." It’s a shock to deliver big wins and feel you are doing great, only to realize there’s a lack of regular, honest feedback. It’s a slight disconnect from the transparency seen in the rest of the business.
