This is a close nit family feel type of company, We take care of our customers and our employees. Scratch our back and we scratch yours, so they say. I can say I have experienced this first hand. The president and CEO of the company is very fair when he sees that his employees are working hard and share the vision of growth he has for the company. How many companies have you worked for that you can say you have personally met and worked with the CEO directly? I know that has NEVER been the case for me in the past. Mark goes above and beyond for his business and he expects nothing less from his employees. Fair compensations in line with market rates and strong management to lead the business to drive revenue. Providing transparent and honest customer service is what we stand by.

Mark goes out of his way for his employees that really show him they want to be an employee, which is more then I can say about any other boss I've ever had. Him and Z both do really great work, and really care about their employees. It's a two way road though, and that's how it should be. If you are just here to collect a check and not work for it, play on your phone, or slouch off duties, then this is not the job for you. It can really take a lot out of you but Mark always makes sure that what he takes gets repaid. I will be honest I didn't expect much from working with rental cars but Mark and Z have really gone out of their way to make this a great job for me personally, and even though I'm going to school for a career choice out of the business field ECR is in, Mark will go out of his way to make it work in both of our favors, and personally you couldn't ask for a better job. The friendship from your peers and managers really says a lot too. Its definitely not a job I go home hating.
