Executive Solutions is a GCC wide search and recruitment firm based in Dubai, with specialist consultants operating across both commercial / corporate and technical disciplines. Low volume, high quality and qualified client base, allowing a more consultative approach to recruitment along with a dynamic, and 'family' work environment.
Cons
Executive Solutions supports it's staff fully with all the tools needed to do the job, however if you are looking for a firm where full structure is provided, ES consultants bring on board an established consulting approach and networks.
