      Exhibit Concepts believes and invests in their employees. Leadership is focused on improving the business and supporting stakeholders. There is a family feel and the environment is not only fun and creative but full of great people.

      Cons

      There are many components to this industry. That can make it difficult to wrap your head around processes right away. EC is continuously strategizing how to improve training for new and tenured emplyees.
