      Unique and Challenging (in a good way)

      Pros

      Everyone gets to know each other well as the company is small and the project managers, production team, and art team all work together. Hard work is recognized and valued by management and other team members. Because the team is small you can make an impact on the projects, and even on the internal workflow- it's amazing to feel so integral to a project and important to a team. The work is- truly -fast paced, and the hours can be long. However if you enjoy seeing your work quickly come to fruition and hearing happy client feedback, it's definitely rewarding in the end.

      Cons

      There is a learning curve to working in the trade show industry if you are not familiar, but some employees have been here a very long time are great people to learn from. Clients will sometimes make unique or last minute requests which can lead to long hours and a stressful work environment, but even those times are good learning experiences.

      Pros

      The tradeshow and event space is challenging and deadline driven - but that's what makes the career so interesting. It's truly a creative and consultative process - and allows team members to work with some of the top brands in the world. The company is small enough to allow for great team interaction and collaboration - but large enough to provide a full range of services, and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      The company is definitely in a growth mode - so the workload can be heavy at times
