Pros

Flexible/unlimited PTO, competitive pay, great work-life balance, flexible with remote work (for most roles), great health benefits, and free coffee/snacks. I thought the work was very interesting and the people were great to work with.

Cons

The company is restructuring after some internal issues that were handled poorly. Now I think they are focused on rebuilding and narrowing their focus on the most important programs.
