I have been working with Exinent for a couple of months, and it has been an incredible journey. Each and every person in the company is very helpful and creative. There’s no “sir” culture; everyone is a great human being. As a Senior Graphic Designer, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects that have allowed me to expand my skills and take on new challenges. The leadership team is supportive and always open to new ideas, which makes it easy to stay motivated and inspired. Additionally, the work-life balance is fantastic, with flexible hours and remote work options.
Cons
Like any fast-paced environment, there can be occasional tight deadlines and high-pressure situations. However, the collaborative atmosphere and the support from colleagues make it manageable and even enjoyable.
