Exo has strong ethics and is all about doing the right thing, doing it well, and being a leader in the industry. Honest people who work hard will be recognized and rewarded with opportunities. People looking for a short term stint to fill a gap would do well to look elsewhere. Company is poised for rapid growth and has the talent, vision, and financial backing to achieve it. It's an exciting place to be for someone who can roll with the punches, pivot quickly, and is open to learning new things regularly.
Cons
It's still a small company that's growing quickly. That can lead to wearing many hats, high expectations, and working in a system that hasn't always kept up with the growth. There's not always a clear process to everything and change is a constant.
