      Founders live by the values everyday Competent and tight knit colleagues Exposure to Fortune 100 companies Very nice downtown office

      Smaller company so tighter budgets but definitely more stable than a start-up

      Pros

      -The perfect role for a senior sales person looking to further their skill-set even -more. - Opportunity to do a lot of strategizing with clients - Fair pay aligned with experience (a lot of sales roles don't remunerate based on the skills and experience you can bring to the role) - Team based sales process - Progressive thinking group of people

      Cons

      - A lot of change experienced during my time there

      Pros

      Amazing well-rounded culture. Great group of people to work with, lots of shares and lunch and learns, very open communication across all departments, lots of silliness, but it produces great results. Everyone has a voice. It feels great to be part of the brainstorming and rapid prototyping phase and build a product you feel confidently about.

      Cons

      No big cons I can think of. Vacation/sick days feels a little on the low side, though.
