Pros

Great environment - nice people, flexible working hours, great employers. Lots to learn alongside the teams and the partners. Def a great opportunity to work with international clients.

Cons

Sometimes the stream of work stays a bit disorganized. Seniority levels and responsibilities are not always clear.

Pros

I worked at Experientia as interaction design and UI design consultant for about 6 months. Experientia's office is located in the center of Turin and it's very cosy and comfortable. The designers and developers team was fun to work with, the working time was flexible, the workload was ok (we had to work through a few evenings before deadlines, but this is something that happens often in the creative field). The bosses are very approachable and warm people: they often organized aperitifs or other free-time events. One of the bosses also helped finding a flat. The salary was ok for Italian living standards.

Cons

It's a small studio so there are no big carrier opportunities. However, there is great possibility for personal growth.
