Pros

Flexible remote working, supportive colleagues, opportunities to take ownership of projects, and exposure to a wide range of enterprise customers and technologies. Good work-life balance and autonomy in day-to-day responsibilities.

Cons

Frequent organisational changes and restructuring created uncertainty. Communication around strategic decisions could be improved, and career progression was sometimes unclear. Teams were expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Pros

This is a great place to work. The pay is pretty good and the culture is outstanding, here is why: - Minimal bureaucracy - Work/life balance respected - I haven't seen evidence of micromanagement - Great tools provided

Cons

With rare exceptions, Experlogix won't pay to send you to technical conferences and workshops. Also there are too many managers and too few worker-bees.
