Pros
People friendly, nice people. Good atmosphere. Company is placed nicely in terms of business model and revenue model. Company is strategically falls in EST time zone which is good for offshore facility.
Cons
Need more focus on core area. Have to engage employee in revenue generation as well as in decision making process. To take care of basic need of working employees in terms of health related issues.
