      Pros

      Company truly prioritizes the growth and happiness of its employees. They foster a comfortable and enjoyable work environment where everyone feels valued. The atmosphere is supportive, with a team of genuinely nice people. The growth opportunities are excellent, including generous salary increases. Additionally, they offer a full benefits package, including a 401(k), and provide paid time off for both secular and Jewish holidays. It's a great place to work!

      Parking in the area is very limited, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there is no option for remote work

      Foremost reasons I enjoy working at Expressive Lighting are 1. the innovative Management. 2. Management are open to allowing opportunity to all those who are committed and consistent. If you need to be trained, they are patient enough to work with you as long as you show improvement and the ability to do the actual job well. 3. The Jewish Holidays can be offsetting but they also provide downtime when much needed. 4. Great Team Members - you are treated as family 5. Multicultural working environment 6. Great Opportunity for Growth

      Company has grown so fast at times it can be discomforting but we've learned to roll with the punches, take the negatives with the positives and learn as we go.
