Well other than the Analyst work you will learn about different business functions. Also enhance your knowledge of how a ERP works and you will learn different reports and dashboards related to it. Also you get chance to know about different field and get to know about business challenges directly from the customer.
Cons
Low salary Usually you have to learn 95% of things by yourself it's good for some but can be bad it someone needs guidance.
