I haven’t been with the company very long but I already really enjoy the work I’m doing here. It’s interesting and challenging without being too demanding. Or rather, I should say, it’s demanding but not in a stressful way. I know what I’m doing, and I’m left alone to get it done. There aren’t any distractions that keep me from getting my work completed on time, which I appreciate. It’s probably not the ideal work environment for everyone but it definitely is for me.

Seems like there is some re-organizations going on and I think they are for the better. I think there were some long overdue changes that are now happening, so it should be a good thing. Time will tell. Being asked to help with producing training materials, which I wish I had when I first came in, but I guess this will help others in the future, so I don't mind too much.
