What a fantastic company! One of the many reasons I love working at ECP is the incredible culture and the amazing people. The work-from-home arrangement and generous PTO are also great perks. It’s truly refreshing to be in an environment where I enjoy my work and collaborate with such wonderful colleagues.

Cons

One potential downside of working at the company is the late working hours, which can be challenging for some employees. However, this is understandable given the global nature of the business.
