EYStudios is a great place to work. I've been here over 3 years, and most of our employees have a really long tenure. Like an agency, there's a ton of room to get involved with a large range of roles and areas of focus, which puts you on a fast track to more expertise, which I love. That being said, since there aren't 100s of employees to pick up the slack, every person matters and has to pull their weight. Some people don't like that, and probably just aren't a fit for agency life. Leadership is great, and really dedicated to the wellbeing of the employees, which is why many stay (I think our longest tenure is like 11 years, with many at 9, 7, etc.) Unlimited time off after 2 years of service is great. The job and people are very flexible. Very positive leadership style. Yelling, threatening, etc. do not fly here.

Cons

It's an agency, and a small business, so while that is not a con for me, it definitely will be for some people. There's really no place to hide if you don't want to put in full effort. Benefits are small business benefits, so know what you're signing up for before you do. Fast paced and every changing environment. Again, I love that about it, but if you want a place where things are set in stone and every situation is governed by a corporate handbook, look elsewhere

Great culture and great coworkers. Everyone is willing to take the extra step to make sure everyones needs are satisfied and clients are happy. The environment allows for growth and room to learn.

Cons

You always need to be ready to pivot. Due to the nature of the industry, no website will follow the same steps as the last. Adaptability is key.
