The company is not so large that everyone is just a number. Schedules are flexible for most employees and the focus is much more on getting the work done than traditional business hours.
Cons
It can often be hard to get face to face time with management because the company is expanding into multiple states so there is a lot of traveling. Many employees have had issues where a manager was needed but they had no idea that person was away from their usual location and was out of pocket for a time.
