      - Great freedom to try new things put and develop professionally - Working with millions of competitive players - Very friendly work place with good people

      - The people here, they genuinely care abut the company - Everyone is willing to help each other out - The company is growing and with the merger there are going to be so many new things to get involved in - Ideas to improve things are listened to and often taken onboard - Great work/life balance, office in London is really nice, but can work remotely when needed

      -There are still areas for improvement and things that need to be done, but if you like a challenge this is not an issue
