Reviewing as someone who started when the company occupied only one small room, and now the whole office floor. - I learned from nil (as a fresh graduate), given a mentor who guided me; and fast-forward two years, I am well-versed in many areas in Digital Marketing, leadership and management in general. - The company highly value work ethics and very objective: I am a local Bumiputera who climbs the ladder here. (Read a review on "European favouritism", I never feel that way). Fulfill your KPI and there's no problem to it. - The management listens well, values feedback, and are willing to learn a lot -- they're young but adding experienced leaders into the management had helped stability really well. - A lot of team-building activities and fun times outside of working hours. - It feels like a family here, and not a workplace.

I worked at FALCON Agency for 8 months and I am confident to say that it has been the best experience so far. If you are passionate about Digital Marketing then FALCON Agency is the place you should consider. It's a very international company and you come across people from all walks of life which makes the whole experience even better. I got to learn a lot about Digital Marketing while serving my time at the company and my knowledge and skills have definitely improved. Overall, it was an amazing learning experience for me.
