Small team, entrepreneurial mindset. Serves the public safety (police, medical, fire) community with software to make their job easier, faster and safer by interconnecting the dispatch centers.
Cons
Small team so everyone's contributions are key to success. Limited budget for new equipment.

Life-Saving mission Good to Great Transformation well underway, startup mentality with employee ownership (ESOP)! Top-drawer talent (Technical and Management) scalable, distributed, cloud capable product is THE future with room to run Leadership Vision communicated and reinforced regularly Increasing momentum in USA and worldwide
Cons
salary is below average, but ownership via ESOP is a remarkable benefit The challenge of proving out an interoperability product in customer test environments - we don't have a lab with 3rd party vendor products we interface with
