Pros

Stand up meetings where all team members in the meeting help each other if we are stuck on something. So, if you are stuck you know that the next morning you have help.

Cons

Long commute, not a lot of lunch options in the area. So you need to bring your own lunch a few days out of the week.

Pros

Small company means everyone matters - all hands on deck. Because everyone is empowered and imperative, they are valued. People are motivated to work hard and can see the fruits of their labor easily. There is little to no bureaucracy. Innovation is highly esteemed. Excellent location near Ga 400, Big Creek Greenway and Halcyon.

Cons

Employees might like a few more perks - free coffee, a place to eat out of doors, holiday parties/gatherings. These are small growing pains that can be easily overcome with some time and attention.
