Great support and resources via higher management and HR. They give you all the tools to be successful. Independence to make decisions to run the operation.

Cons

Lots of pressure to appease the market and customers. If you work good under pressure you’ll be just fine. A lot of your success will be determined on your team. Will want to make sure you invest plenty of time to help coach for improvements needed.
