      Great product concept High growth Great culture Great work life balance Fast paced environment where you can make a high impact

      Cons

      Just typical start up things. The product could be more consistent but it's being worked on more than in the past. There are some limitations in the product because it's running on old systems, so some good ideas have to get put on the shelf and you have to be patient.

      Pros

      Finsync is an Amazing company. The people here make it feel more like a family. We all work together as a team to help our clients. I feel inspired each day not only with the great people I get to work with, but with the interaction with Awesome clients. I am blessed everyday that I get to work for such a wonderful company. The upper management truly care about their employees, and make all employees feel valued.

      Cons

      The only con is not being able to see these amazing coworkers on a daily basis. We all work from home. Which is not a con at all because the company ensures we all know each other and have a great communication with each other. We also are able to have FUN activities and get to know each other on a personal level even though we work from Home. This company truly cares about each employee equally.
