Pros

Great management, culture and training. Family vibe is driven from the top down where everyone wants to do well and see others do well more importantly which helps create the culture. Best I've seen in ten years of recruitment.

Cons

Honestly none so far, any minor issues have had have been more personal situations and I have been able to discuss with my managers Mario, Max and Kev and they work with you to understand. Being able to approach your manager is key and this perfect place as you know you talk with exclusivity like I've not known before.
