Great Company to Build Your Career

FMC provide a great infrastructure for you to genuinely build and develop your career. Within 6 years I went from a Graduate Hire to a Senior Leader within the business. I loved the culture. The management team give you enough training but also try to allow for you to learn as you go by giving you a high level of responsibility. Mistakes are accepted as learning opportunities! Flexibility. FMC were amazing looking after me through the pandemic, personal situations and also gave me the opportunity to work at home when needed for childcare. They also allow for all staff to work on a 4 day a week basis which is clearly amazing!

Cons

If you are to join FMC my greatest advice is you will be given fantastic opportunities to develop your skill set and build you career. You need to make sure you push yourself, this is a perfect company to join if you want to work hard and reap the benefits of your efforts. I wouldn't recommend if you aren't willing to put the work in.

Great people, ability to learn and development, continuously looking to improve the business overall for longevity and growth. Pay was OK but the bonus structure is attractive, or certainly was. Decent Christmas parties!!

Cons

I can't think of any major cons to highlight in all fairness.
